some tips to choose a right led mesh screen
Kindly please check the specification for the mesh screen in the attachment .
Please learn some information about led mesh screen before we provide a plan.
As there are many kinds of led mesh screen in the market with different structures, materials and producing technologies.
First we need to figure out the Pixel pitch for this project .
As it is with 1100 sqm, Normally, We can choose P100 for it to make it 440000 pixel in total.
May I know the view distance? For P100, The view distance is more than 30m.
And It would be better if you can send us the video they want to play . is it for decoration or for advertising?
If for decoration, P100 is good enough . If it is for play 3D animations, product videos,P83 is a good choice .
Second In the market there are many different structures.
The square shape as below picture shows. It is more flat comparing with round shape . So the whole image of the screen would be more flat , It is more suitable for a close view. The square type is with heavier material , so the cost is higher.
The round
The round shape which it is more flexible. The weight is lighter
So the cost is lower than the square type
The third is about the Led QTY for each pixel.
There are 1pc/pixel, 2pcs/pixel,3pcs/pixel,4pcs/pixel,6pcs/pixel.
If the screen doesn’t need to work in the day ,2pcs/pixel is the best choice .
The fourth is about LED driver . There are switching drivers and waterproof drivers in the market .
Normally we choose a switching driver to hang it on the wall or beams as it can prevent rain.
But it is not suitable for a place which is near sea or a dusty place. It should use a box to hold it if the environment is extremely harsh.
For waterproof driver, The price is 5 times higher than switching drivers.
The fifth is about the controller. Normally we use Nova and Mooncell for our products.
Nova is a famous brand in this industry. But its signal transmission only can go with single way, can not go with back and forth. So for 20m height ,If we choose Mooncell ,We will need less controllers .
If use Nova, Then the controller Qty would be more .
According to the picture you sent to me , We recommend you to use round shape with 2pcs leds per pixel and switching drivers . We can choose Mooncell controller if the budget is limited .
